If the number of participants will be odd after the deadline the best of the non-qualified programs
gets the lucky chance to complete the field! NEW: Number of participants even! after closed deadline.

Notes:

(1) Two times allowing 3 time repetition in absolutely won positions! -->qualified!
    When seeing a mate against itself it sends mostly an illegal move!
(2) Plays much too fast in the opening
(3) Very stable but needs a bit deeper search
(4) Big improvement since Chesscraft096! (same author) Played game/30minutes. -->qualified!
(5) Two times allowing 3 time repetition in won positions! Anyway -->qualified!
(6) This one is built only for teaching programming techniques
(7) Serious time management problems in both available versions!
    Often stops playing without reason (would be strong enough though...)
(8) Too much time losses!
(9) Always crashes on my machine after books end!
(10)WB:"Small_Potato033 -hs 1000000 -values aleweights.out -r 3" (Example for ~33MB)
    The new version does not use opponents CPU anymore -->qualified!
